What does the future look like for villages in the northwest Highlands?

Communities say they're suffering a 'vicious cycle of depopulation' because of centralised decision-making, poor infrastructure and public service pressures. Local network 'NorthWest2045' claim the current system for developing rural policy is making problems worse.
